Lock Program ($20,000) <br />HUD has determined this activity to be ineligible. <br />Deleting the activity, then, is logical. <br />4. Pulaski Park ($10,000) <br />This fencing activity was proposed at $25,000. However, <br />the Common Council appropriated only $15,000 for it. <br />Consequently, $10,000 is available to be reprogrammed. <br />5. Unspecified Local Option ($40,000 <br />This funding category is designed to allow for unantic- <br />ipated projects or costs.
