ORDINANCE NO. tP A {, 7-2 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />BUREAU OF SANITATION, OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1978, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1978, <br />INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS <br />AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Sanitation for the <br />fiscal year ending December 31, 1978 the following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the <br />purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject <br />also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such sums herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, <br />unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated <br />out to the General Fund of said Waste Water Treatment Plant, the following: <br />
