ORDINANCE NO. ( s�,' ® LJ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE BUREAU <br />OF SOLID WASTE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1978, <br />AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1978, INCLUDING ALL OUT- <br />STANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A <br />TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of <br />Solid Waste for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1978, the <br />following suns of money are hereby appropriated and ordered <br />set apart out of the fund.herein named and for the purposes <br />specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject <br />to the conditions provided in this Ordinance, such sums herein <br />appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized <br />to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated <br />and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is <br />hereby appropriated i5ut of the Solid Waste Fund of said Bureau <br />of Solid Waste, the following: <br />
