(o Q le 5" - 97 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE BUREAU OF WASTE <br />WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1978, AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1978, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS <br />AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL <br />TAKE EFFECT. <br />INDIANA: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />SECTION I. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Waste Water Treatment <br />for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1978 the following sums of money are <br />hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for the <br />purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same and subject <br />also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such sums herein appropriated <br />shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, <br />unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated <br />out of the General Fund of said Waste Water Treatment Plant, the following: <br />
