DOMBROWSKI <br />At Large of our penalty provisions of the Municipal Code so that <br />FRANK HORVATH they will conform to the new state law. <br />At Large <br />I ask for your favorable support. <br />Sincepeby, <br />Rcb r ar nt <br />C nc` President <br />Attachment <br />Effective October 1, 1977, cities in the State of <br />Indiana may no longer use imprisonment as a penalty to <br />a <br />city ordinance.
