Muia <br />Dear Gentlemen: <br />Application of a Revenue Bond Issue for Three Hundred <br />Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars for and on behalf of EUGENE C. <br />MUTA, has been made to construct a convenient shopping area on <br />the property located on the west side of South Ironwood Drive <br />between Randolph Street on the North and Eastwest line 35 feet <br />North of the North line of Calvert Street on the South, South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />The purpose of this building will be to sell at retail <br />various products and /or services to the general public. It is <br />estimated that this new facility will result in the employment <br />of approximately 10 new employees initially, with a gross annual <br />payroll of $145,000.00. <br />This expansion will mean an increase in employment.
