Lights will provide additional hours for <br />persons wishing to play tennis at Walkerfield. <br />Additional lighted tennis courts are needed in South Bend and I <br />hope the Council will give this ordinance serious consideration. <br />Very truly yours, <br />DEPARTMtNT OF PUB P RKS <br />James R.
