(A) The following executive departments are established to perform <br />administrative functions required to fulfill the needs of the City's citizens: <br />(8) Code Enfere°me.* Building Services Department; <br />Section II. Chapter 2, Article 4, Section 2 -13 (B) (8) and (9) of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(B) In addition to functions statutorily provided, the administrative functions of the <br />departments of the City shall be as follows: <br />(8) Code <br />Enf reeme * Building Services Department: <br />(a) <br />Substandard buildings; <br />(b) <br />License inspection and enforcement; <br />(c) <br />Environmental code enforcement; <br />(d) <br />Weights and measures; <br />(e) <br />(�- <br />( 9l ) BuildTng <br />Citizen service center—.= <br />Department; <br />�f <br />Building inspections and permits; <br />Enforcement of building codes; <br />Zoning inspection and enforcement; <br />Board of Zoning Appeals administrative support; <br />W <br />Building trade licensing/registration testing and enforcement. <br />Section III.
