This <br />ordinance will include an attachment identifying all non - bargaining employees and officers by <br />job title with correlating salary or wage rate for 2014. At this time, the attachment is incomplete, <br />but will be filed separately in advance of the Council's second reading of the ordinance . This <br />ordinance also includes an explanation of benefits provided to the designated employees. <br />I will present this Ordinance at the Council's Personnel & Finance Committee meeting <br />and at the public hearing.
