<br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF
<br />APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 1978.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
