Meets Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices Requirements; <br />Traffic Counts Done <br />C. Revision — Speed Limit from 30 MPH to 25 MPH <br />1. Engineering Speed Study Completed; Request submitted due to current speed <br />found to be greater than reasonable or safe under the present conditions. <br />D.
