Northeast Neighborhood Center is hereby <br />submitted for Council action. <br />The $20,000 appropriation request is based on the inspection <br />and cost estimate completed by my staff earlier this year and <br />represents an approximate cost of rehabilitation in order to <br />bring this structure up to minimum code. <br />The repair of this structure is necessary due to the need of <br />improving community neighborhood services.
