Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of One Model P175 -WW Ingersoll Rand <br />Air Compressor <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve one Contract for the purchase of a Model P175 -WW <br />Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to A. H. Choitz, Inc., <br />South Bend, Indiana by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 6th day of <br />March, 1978.
