CHOITZ, INC., SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL P175 -WW <br />I'NGERSOLLvRAND AIR COMPRESSOR IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$4,509.,00 <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />To approve the purchase of an air compressor as purchase of <br />same is required in the operation of the Bureau of Water, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau <br />of Water of the City of South Bend, Indiana and A. H. Choitz, Inc., <br />South Bend, Indiana on the 6th day of March, 1978, pursuant to <br />advertising and receipt of bids for the purchase of a Model P175 -WW <br />Ingersoll Rand Air Compressor, in the amount of $4,509.00, is hereby <br />approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
