ORDINANCE NO. ( 3 t j <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,899.50 FROM THE <br />DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR VARIOUS CONSULTING SERVICES <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AD- <br />MINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Whereas the City applied for and received a planning <br />grant for Discovery Hall from the National Endowment for the <br />Humanities, the City would now like to expand these funds for <br />consultant work performed at Discovery Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $2,899.50 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978 from the Discovery Hall Fund of the City-,of <br />South, Indiana. This appropriation is to be administered by <br />the Department of Administration and Finance and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION <br />AMOUNT <br />0260.0 Contractual Services $2,899.50 <br />SECTION II.
