BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter 170 feet South of the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter, thence North 890 27' 30" East parallel with the North line of said Quarter Section 100 feet; thence North 00000'00" East 130.00 feet to a point of the South Right of Way of Edison Road; thence South 89027'30" West 100 feet along said Right of Way line to a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 00000'00" West 130.00 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as B Residence District and A height and area district.
