ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE BUREAU <br />OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND <br />CONSTRUCTION COORDINATORS, INC., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />FOR THE BORING OF A 16 -INCH STEEL CASING UNDER MAY- <br />FLOWER ROAD IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $2,845.00. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />To approve a Contract for the boring of a 16 -inch steel casing under <br />Mayflower Road. This casinq is intended for a water main to serve a <br />restaurant on the southwest corner of Mayflower Road and Western Avenue. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Construction Coordinators, Inc., <br />South Bend, Indiana, on the 3rd day of January, 1978, pursuant to adver- <br />tising and receipt of bids as the purchase of same is required in the <br />operation of the Bureau of Water, for a total cost not to exceed $2,845.00, <br />is hereby approved and confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
