ORDINANCE NO. &-ia' <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,049,00 FROM THE <br />JUNK VEHICLE FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AD- <br />MINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Mayor's Action /Environ- <br />mental Center to administer certain environmental programs and <br />to ensure the Center's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year 1978. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $4,049.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978, from the Junk Vehicle Fund of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana.
