ORDINANCE NO. (,2,29q. ? <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $290,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY KNOWN <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE OPERATION <br />OF CENTURY CENTER, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, THROUGH THE CENTURY CENTER <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE OF INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Century Center <br />Board of Managers to ensure Century Center's ability <br />to perform its functions during the year 1978. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $290,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This appropriation <br />is to be administered by the Century Center Board of Managers and <br />will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA 142 <br />CENTURY CENTER UTILITIES <br />Account Description Amount <br />220.0 Utilities $290,000.00 <br />Total FA 142 $290,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
