SILBERMAN, WILLIAM R. HOBGOOD, LEE R. ROTZIEN and JAMES <br />N. FOSS, d /b /a REAL ESTATE VENTURES. The purpose of the <br />proposed bond issue is to construct a 30,000 square foot <br />manufacturing facility designed to accomodate four (4) firms. <br />The property is located in the City of South Bend Airport <br />Industrial Park, Phase I on Weyerhaeuser Co. lot number 6 <br />which is approximately 3 acres.
