Transferring the Sum of $1,650.00 from Various Accounts within Discovery Hall Budget

ORDINANCE NO. r- - -7 AN ORDINANCE TRASNFERRING THE SUM OF $1,650.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN FA 115, DISCOVERY HALL BUDGET, IN THE REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for Discovery Hall, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appro- priated in the original budget for various functions of Discovery Hall to meet such extraordinary conditions; and In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within the Discovery Hall Budget, in the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund to assure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
