ORDINANCE NO. 6284 -77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE <br />OF DEFRAYING THE OPERATING EXPENSES OF CENTURY <br />CENTER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1978, AND ENDING <br />DECEMBER 31, 1978, INCLUDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, <br />AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT. <br />INDIANA: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />SECTION I. That the expenses of the Century Center for the fis- <br />cal year ending December 31, 1978, the following sums of money are hereby <br />appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named and for <br />the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same and <br />subject also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such sums herein <br />appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made <br />during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law. <br />SECTION II.
