Transferring the Sum of $13,225.00 within the Solid Waste Budget

ORDINANCE NO. ? AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $13,225.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE SOLID WASTE BUDGET, IN THE SOLID WASTE FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH.BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Solid Waste, so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the original budget for various functions of the Bureau of Solid Waste to meet such extraordinary conditions, and; In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within the Bureau of Solid Waste budget, in the Fund, to assure the Department's ability to properly perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various accounts of said Depart- ment's budget which is not presently needed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the sum of $13,225.00 be transferred between various accounts as set forth below: DECREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS Account Description Amount 110.0 Salaries $ 7,625.00 321.0 Gasoline 900.00 620.0 Social Security 1,300.00 630.0 PERF 3,400.00 Total Reductions $13,225.00 INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS 252.0 Equipment Repair $ 3,950.00 262.0 Landfill 8,500.00 324.0 Garage and Motor Supplies 250.00 370.0 Other Supplies 75.00 510.0 Insurance 450.00 Total Increases $13,225.00 SECTION II.
