DEROSE <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />Re: Resolution Approving and Adopting Text Amendments to the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Plan <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission has prepared amendments to the South Bend Central <br />Development Area ( SBCDA) Plan primarily for the purpose of supporting a wider range of housing <br />choices, particularly those types that encourage the expansion of affordable artist housing and live -work <br />space for artists.
