Doty to zone from "B" Residential to "C "Commercial approximately 312 front feet of <br />land on the south side of Lincolnway West between Illinois Street extended south and Falcon Street; was legally ad- <br />vertised on 27 May 1957 and given public hearing under date of 6 June 1957.
