<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in Special Session in the Council
<br />Chamber on Thursday, November 8, 1956, at 8 :09 P.M., C.S.T., with all members present.

<br />We, the undersigned members of the Common Council, hereby call a Special meeting of the Common Council of the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, to convene at the Council Chamber at the City Hall at 8 :00 P.M., C.S.T., on the 8 th day of Novemw,
