COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />OCTOBER t, 1956 <br />1186 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Octoberr2,na, 1956, at 8:11 P.M., C.D.S.T. (7:11 P.M., C.S.T,), with all medbers <br />present. Councilman Carr, Chairman, presided. <br />ORDINPJ\TCE <br />..I. Public hearing on an Ordinance to rezone Lot 5 on the Plat of Burrough's Subdivision from B Residential to <br />C. Commercial.-- Drinski. <br />Motion by Councilman Tellson that the Ordinance be tabled until the next meeting. Motion seconded by Councilman <br />Muszynski. Motion carried. <br />#2 • ORDINANCE <br />Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone a tract of land located on the South side of Lincolnway West, West of Iowa <br />Street, from B Residential to C Coamercial and E Height and Area District- -Ben and Rose Medow. <br />Councilman Tellson made a motion that the Ordinance be tabled until the next meeting. Councilman Muszynski seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />�F3 ORDINANCE <br />Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone a tract of land on the South side of Lincolnway West between Knoblock and <br />Sheridan Avenue, from B Residential to C Commercial Use District.-- Weist. <br />Motion by Councilman Tellson that the Ordinance be -tabled until the next meeting. Councilman Muszynski seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />#4 ORDINANCE <br />Public Hearing on an Ordinance to rezone a. tract of land on the South Side of Lincolnway West between Falcon and <br />Kenmore Streets, from A Residential to C Commercial -- Hartman. <br />Motion by Councilman Tellson that the ordinance be tabled until the next meeting. Motion seconded. by Councilman <br />Muszynski. Motion carried. <br />There being no fur her business before the Committee of the Thole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn. <br />Councilman Kroll seconded the motion.
