COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />MARCO 12, 1956 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, March 12, 1956, at 8:11 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />Hahn. Councilman Carr, Chairman, presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />An Ordinance amending Ordinance Zoning 3702 Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, (Lots 236, 237, 238, D. M. Shiveley 1st Addition) <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion that this ordinance be reported to the Council as unfavorable. Motion seconded <br />by Councilman Muszynski. Motion carried. <br />There being no further Business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn. <br />Seconded by Councilman Muszynski.
