COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 28TH, 1955 <br />J -0 <br />Be it remembed that the Common Council of.the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in <br />the Council Chamber, Monday, November 28th, 1955,at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />Pinter. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4068 <br />"An Ordinance transferring and appropriating certain funds in the General Fund, Street and Traffic Fund, Firemen's <br />Pension Fund and City Plan Fund, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for 1955 and declar- <br />ing an extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Glass moved that the ordinance be reported to the Council as favorable. Councilman Korpal seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Bestle made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass.
