COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 12TH, 1955 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting <br />in the Council Chamber, Monday, September 12th, 1955, at 8:17 P.K. (E.S.T.), with all members present. <br />Chairman''Aahh presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4062 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund $21,820.51 to Police Department P -11 Services Personal <br />$10,131.15; to P -341 Clothing and Household $2,700.00; to P-724 Motor Equipment $7,887.36; and to P -726 Other <br />Equipment $1,102.00, all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana, for 1955 and declaring an <br />extraordinary emergency?. <br />Councilman Glass moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Beetle made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal.
