COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING MAY 9TH, 1955 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council.of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting <br />in the Council Chamber, Monday, May 9th, 1955, at 8:06 P.M. (E.S.T.), with all members present except <br />Councilman Pinter. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4046 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating from the General Fund $7,936.53 to Police Department P -11 Services Personal <br />Salary of Patrolmen $7,936.53; all of the budget for the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an <br />extraordinary emergency ". <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance be reported to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Glass made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Niezgodski.
