At the February 24th meeting of the Decent Literature Committee, Councilman Glass seconded the following resolution was adopted: "A statement that the - Decent Literature Committee of St. Joseph County shall go on record as opposing legislative control in any form of censor- ship which would bar comics from local newsstands.
