COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 28Th, 1955 <br />1 044 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in <br />the Council Chamber, Monday, February 28th, 1955, at 8:11 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn <br />presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4028 <br />"An Ordinance appropriating $19,000.00 from the General Fund to Fire Department Q -724 Motor Equipment of the <br />budget for 1955 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency ". <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance be reported to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to <br />adjourn, which motion was seconded by Councilman Muszynski.
