COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />DECEMBER 13TH, 1954 <br />1032 <br />Be it remembered that the Common. Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in <br />the Council Chamber, Monday, December 13th, 1954, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Glass. <br />Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE <br />"An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana." (Garage- private). <br />Councilman Korpal moved that the ordinance be referred to the Ordinance Committee for further study. Councilman <br />Erler seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Bestle made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion-,.vas seconded by Councilman Korpal.
