COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 8TH, 1954 <br />IC f 2 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole.meeting in <br />the Council Chamber, Monday, November 8th, 1954, at 8:00 P.M., with all members present. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE N0. 4016 <br />"An"Ordinance transferring and appropriating from Street and Traffic Fund $18,000.00 to 251 -B Repairs of Bridges <br />$18,000.00; all of the budget for 1954 of the Civil City of South.'Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency." <br />Councilmen Bestle moved that the ordinance be reported to the.Council as favorable. Councilman Muszynski seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Niezgodski.
