REGULAR 1 EETING <br />PETITION TO WITHDRAW CHANGE OF ZONING <br />OCTOBER 11TH, 1974 <br />1:04, <br />Petition of St. Joseph Cemetery & Undertaking Association by its secretary to withdraw petition for change of <br />zoning Lot Nos. 1.075 and 1076 Third Plat Summit Place Addition and Lot No. 1130 Fourth Plat Summit Place Addition <br />from "B" residential and "A" height and area district to "C" Commercial. and "D" height and area. <br />Councilman Korpal- moved that the petition to withdraw above described zoning be accepted. Covncilinan Hahn seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br />To the Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The petition of David T. and Patricia Rydzinski to rezone their property located at the Southeast corner of Longley <br />and Olive Streets, which petition was referred to your City Planning Commission under date of Sept. 20, 1954, was <br />set for public hearing 7 Oct. 1954. However, due to the inability of the Commission to seat a quorum, no public <br />hearing was held. <br />This petition will be heard at public hearing by your Commission on 21.
