1006 COMMITTEE OF THE WEOLE MEETING SEPTEMBER 13TH, 1954 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, September 13th, 19549 at.8r09 P.M., with.all members present. Chairman Hahn presided. ORDINANCE NO. 4006 "An Ordinance transferring and appropriating from R -251 Repairs to Public City•Scales 1110.00 and from R -252 Repairs to Equipment - $150.00 and from R -333 Tires and Tubes 140.00 to R -726 Other Equipment $300.00; from V -38 General Supplies $725.00 to H -58B Building -Contingencies $725900; from -W-261 Other Contractual Services $370.00 to W -132 Plumbing Examinations -$50..00 and to -W -133 -Rat Extermination 0200.00 and to .W-214 Telephone and Telegraph $120.00; from W-38 General Supplies .1750.00 and from W -334 Other Garage and Motor Supplies - 750.00 to W -724 Motor Equipment $1500.00; and from K -11 Salary of Assistant Pound Master 1812.00 to K -11 'Salary of Pound Master $812000; all of the budget for 1954 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency." Councilman Glass moved that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Notion carried. There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Counai.lman..Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by Councilman Bestle.
