i 003 COMMITTEE - OF THE WHOLE MEETING ORDIBT&M NO. 4003 (AS AMENIED) AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAR LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1955 FOR THE MUNICIPAL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. AUGUST 30TH, 1954 Councilman Erler moved that the tax levy ordinance be amended as follows: General Fund under Maintenance by striking out 1.33 and inserting 1.31; Firemen's Pension Fund under Maintenance by striking out .11 and inserting 094; Police Pension Fund under Maintenance by striking out .079 and inserting •078; under Total Maintenance by striking out 19718 and inserting IA81, and under Total by striking out 1.96 and inserting 1.923• Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. Councilman Erler moved that the tax levy ordinance be approved and go to the Council favorable as amended• Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole,, :Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by Zouncilman Glass.
