REGULAR MEETING JUNE 28TH, 1954 <br />ORDINANCE N0. 3990 (Continued) <br />Councilman Muszynski withdraws his motion. Councilman Glass withdraws second to the motion. <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion for suspension of rules. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays. <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays. <br />Mouncilman Hahn made a motion that the Auditor's Certificate be accppted and placed on file. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORD9INANCE <br />AN AMENDED ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. <br />3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />(Two,Side Yards) <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance be held up for two weeks. Councilman Korpal seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DEALERS IN SCRAP OR JUNK MATERIALS, <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING AND REGULATION THEREOF; <br />PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT. <br />Councilman Hahn made a motion that the ordinance be held up for two weeks. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />The Honorable Mayor John A. Scott issued a Call for Special Meeting at the hour of 5:30 P.M., on Wednesday, June <br />30th, for the purpose of electing a successor for the office of Councilman-at-Large, which call was served upon <br />the President and each member of the Common Council. <br />There being- no further business before the Council, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, which motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Korpal.
