RE GULAR MEET IN G <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />AREAS, God in His infinite wisdom, has seen fit to take <br />from this life our colleague, Percy Alford, Councilman -at- Large. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, record its deep sense of <br />official and personal loss on the occasion of the death of an <br />honest and respected public official. <br />CLOYD A.
