COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 24TH. 1954 <br />952 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend met in the Committee of the Whole meeting in <br />the Council Chamber, Wednesday, February 24th, 1954, at 7:30 P.M., with all members present except Councilman <br />Muszynski. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3964 <br />"An Ordinance fixing the schedule of rates and charges to be collected by the City of South Bend from the owners <br />of property served by the Sewage Disposal Works of said City, and other matters connected therewith% <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Niezgodski seconded <br />the motion. Motion carriedi, <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass.
