JANUARY 25TH, 1954 <br />PETITION TO WITHDRAW <br />Common Council <br />City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The undersigned, Jack McCormack, owner of Lots Numbered 13, 14 and 15 in Ferrwood Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, hereby withdraws petition for rezoning the above property. <br />Jack McCormack, Petitioner <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the petition for withdrawal be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Glass seconded the motion.
