JANUARY 25TH, 1954 PETITION TO WITHDRAW Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The undersigned, Jack McCormack, owner of Lots Numbered 13, 14 and 15 in Ferrwood Addition to the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, hereby withdraws petition for rezoning the above property. Jack McCormack, Petitioner Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the petition for withdrawal be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion. Motion carried. (North side of East Jefferson Blvd. between Tuxedo Drive and 25th Street) Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the ordinance be referred back to the City Plan Commission for further study. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full.
