Two of the ordinances are necessary to appropriate monies to defray expenses of several City <br />departments and designated funds, the third is necessary in order to levy taxes and fix the rate of <br />taxation for the purpose of raising revenue, and the fourth sets forth the annual compensation for <br />non-bargaining employees of the City for the year 2003. <br />If you have any questions or comments regarding these ordinances, please feel free to call <br />me.
