OF <br />JUNE 22ND. 1953 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, June 22nd, 1953s at 8 :07 P.M., with all members present except Councilmen <br />Pinter and Muszynski. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3930 <br />'tAn Ordinance transferring funds from Traffic Department, T -43, Traffic Materials, $1500.00 to T -726, Other <br />Equipment; from City Plan Commission, 11 Services.Personal, $980.00 to City Plan Commission, 55 Subscriptions <br />and Dues, $500.00, 214 Telephone and Telegraph, $30.00, 216 Travel Expenses, $100.00, and 242 Phot ©graph and <br />Printing, $350.00; all of the budget of 1953 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana" <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the 'Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to <br />adjourn, which motion was seconded by Councilman Bestle.
