KV 6 <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING MAY 11TH, 1953 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, May 11th, 1953, at 8:12 P.M. with all members presentq Chairman Icahn <br />presided. <br />ORDINANCE N09 3925 <br />"An Ordinance providing for the collection and disposal of garbage and trash and providing penalties ". <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Erler.
