Motion <br />Petition for change of zoning of property on the west side of N. Michigan Ste from Bartlett St. to Park Lane <br />from B residence and C height and area.distriots to C commercial and D height and area district was given public <br />hearing before the City Plan Commission on February 5, 1953. <br />The Board of Park Commissioners have made a suggestion (see attached letter) that this change would be more <br />satisfactory if made to the C -1 district instead of C commercial. <br />Petitioners have verbally amended their petition to conform to the above suggestion and to leave the height and <br />area district as it is at present (C height and area)• At their meeting on Feb* 5, 1953s, the City Plan Commissi <br />acted to recommend that the change be made from B residence to 0-1 Commercial* <br />Yours truly, <br />D.
