w <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING <br />JANUARY 12TH9 1953 <br />SEA <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, January 12th, 1953, at 8:04 P.M., with all members present* Chairman <br />Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3903 <br />"An Ordinance prohibiting the passing of motor vehicles by trucks and trailers on public streets in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana ". <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Korpal.
