Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, mot in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, December 8th, 1952, at 8 :00 P.M., with all members present except <br />Councilman Muszynski. Chairman Hahn presided. <br />• • l <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3900 <br />"An Ordinance transferring monies from Traffic Department, T -11, Salaries, to T-38,- General Supplies, $200, all <br />of the budget for the year 1952 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana "o <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Erler seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3901 <br />"An Ordinance transferring monies from Tuberculosis Clinic, X -261, $593.05 to W -344, Board of Health; from Fire <br />Department, Q -11, Salaries, $500, to Q- 341 -B, Clothing; from Police Department, P -11, Salaries, $1500 to P -341, <br />Clothing & Household, all of the budget for the year 1952 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana ", <br />Councilman Niezgodaki made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Glass seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Glass.
