839 <br />CO3AMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING NOVE!JBER 10TH. 1952 <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole <br />meeting in the Council Chamber, Monday, November 10th, 1952, at 8:12 P.M., with all members present. Chairman <br />Hahn presided. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3897 <br />7An Ordinance transferring monies from H -58 -B, Office of the Board, Building Contingencies., $750 to H -214, <br />Telephone & Telegraph and from Q -341, Fire Department, Clothing & Household, $50 to Q -211, Freight & Express's, <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Bestle seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn, <br />which motion was seconded by Councilman Muszynski.
