HAHN ) <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the report be accepted. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "An Ordinance designating West Ewing Avenue a boulevard from <br />Franklin Street to Gertrude Street% <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion the ordinance designating <br />West wring Ayenue a boulevard be amended to read from Franklin Street to Prairie Avenue (Route 23), striking <br />out GertrudeeStreet9 and the ordinance be apprdved as amended and go to the Council favorable. <br />W. A. HAHN, Chairman <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the report be accepted. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried. <br />REPORT OF THE CON21ITTEE OF.THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred to "An Ordinance transferring monies from P -11, Police Depart- <br />ment, Services Personal $5,200 to P -38, General Supplies, $200; P -724, Motor Equipment, $5,000, and from V -11, <br />Electrical Department, ervices Personal, $1,394.14 and from V -216, Traveling Expenses, $118.11 to V -724, Motor <br />Equipment, $1,512.25, and from Q -11, Fire Department, Services Personal, $4,000 to Q -251, Repairs of Buildings, <br />and Structures, $4,000, and from T -261, Traffic Department, Other Contractual Services, $300 to T -252, Repairs <br />of Equipment, $300.00. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the <br />Council as favorable. <br />W.
